My philosophy is that age and ability is no barrier to physical activity and lifestyle improvement. No matter what age you are or your level of fitness, the benefits of structured exercise to your health, longevity and well being is paramount. All it takes is a desire for change! Small steps are where most effective and long lasting progress is made for continual improvement.
Having worked and studied in the industry for over 4 years now, I have been able to work with a wide range of people across a variety of settings. While completing my Bachelor of Exercise Science I was able to work with and learn from the best in the business. However, the best way to learn is through experience. From training athletes at sporting clubs- to working with expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy. From 6am bootcamps in the middle of winter- to working with Physiotherapists to implement effective rehab programs - I can use my knowledge and experience to tailor to your needs and help you reach your goals.
As a PT, I am not here to simply train you. I am here to educate you. I believe that knowledge is the key to success. Its keeps the mind open and the body mobile. I offer sessions that not only allow you to gain a wealth of knowledge about exercise, health and wellbeing, but how to push yourself beyond what you ever thought possible. Your body is capable of doing more than you realise. If you can train your mind, it can then train your body.
