When was your lightbulb moment?

My lightbulb moment would have been when I started training with Jordan that you need to have a holistic approach and after a couple of weeks of eating properly and regular exercise you will get results. 

What was your health and fitness regime before seeing Jordan?

I didn't have a good diet, and I would do some running and walking. 

What changes have you noticed within yourself since completing the 12 week challenge?

I look a lot more healthier and I feel terrific. I have also increased my strength and my ability to move. My posture has also improved a lot.

Biggest thing you’ve learnt?

If you keep at it you will get results don't cut corners

Health and fitness goals for the rest of  2017?

Keep training regularly and eating the right foods which is most important.

Advice to someone wanting to train with Jordan?

Jordan is very thorough and helpful and he is always trying look at the whole aspect of fitness and well being, he also pushes you at the right times to help you achieve your goals.

Total weight lost and goals you've achieved? 

8kgs lost plus increased my strength and lean muscle and improved my posture/mobility and am now able to perform deadlift , bench press , squats and pull-ups well. 

Total weight loss was 8 kgs ( plus increase in strength and lean muscle) in 12 weeks.
