1. When was your lightbulb moment?

My weight has been fairly stable all my life but when I reached 40 my metabolism changed and I gradually started putting on weight. Before I knew it I had put on 10kg. It was then that I realised I really needed to make some changes to my lifestyle.


2. What was your health and fitness regime before seeing Jordan?

I have always been fairly active but over the last 5 or so years I had been getting a lot of injuries during exercise such as jogging and tennis.  This led to me exercising less and less as I thought my body couldn't cope with it.  And, as with most people these days I found I was becoming time poor and ended up prioritising my family and work ahead of finding time to find a fitness regime which could work for me. 


3. What changes in yourself have you noticed since completing the 12 week challenge?

Apart from the obvious weight loss I am feeling a lot stronger in my body, I have a lot more energy and even my sleep has improved. I'm much happier within myself as I feel "the old me" has returned. I look forward to exercising now and make it a priority.   


4. What is the biggest thing that I have learnt?

I suppose the take home message for me was that if I wanted results and wanted the results to last, I would have to make a lifestyle change.  I followed Jordan's advice on eating and exercising and made sure I communicated with him if I ever felt a niggle in my body so that he could continue to train me without it leading to injury.  


5. Health and Fitness goals for the rest of 2016.

After Jordan's 12 week challenge I'm happy with my weight and size now so I don't have any weight loss goals. What is important to me is to continue feeling healthy and strong in my body and mind. So my goals for 2016 (and onwards) are  to continue exercising regularly without injury and to continue eating healthy non processed options. 


6. Advice to someone wanting to train with Jordan.

Just do it!!! Call him. You won't regret it. I wish I'd done this 5 years ago!! I can't recommend him highly enough. It hasn't always been easy, but Jordan makes the workouts fun and once you start seeing and feeling the results you won't look back!!
