When was your lightbulb moment?
I have struggled with weight for a long time and have lost and put on weight at various points in my life. This year I was determined to make changes to conquer the cycle.
What was your health and fitness regime before seeing Jordan?
Prior to seeing Jordan I was not very active. Generally I would walk to and around our local park and this would vary from week to week, in terms of frequency. Being time-poor and often working in the evenings and weekends also translated into not always making healthy eating choices.
What changes have you noticed within yourself since completing the 12 week challenge?
Since completing the 12 week challenge I am more energetic, I sleep better and I enjoy being active. Overall, I feel fitter and healthier and I have gained so much knowledge about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, which I now put into practice.
Biggest thing you’ve learnt?
Whilst I have always been aware of this, the transformation challenge has cemented that in order to be healthy and fit I had to make lifestyle changes that were practical and sustainable.
Health and fitness goals for the rest of 2016
My goal for the remainder of 2016 is to become stronger and develop more lean muscle.
Advice to someone wanting to train with Jordan
I can’t recommend Jordan enough – without a doubt I would not have achieved as much as I have without him. He is an outstanding personal trainer; he challenges and pushes you whilst making the training fun and giving you great support and guidance. His genuine enthusiasm for your success and his passion for fitness, health and nutrition is also contagious, motivating you even further through the process.
