Jake has been involved in sport and fitness his whole life, main sport being AFL, where he has competed at a high level and been successful in the EDFL premier division, as well as captaining his senior team. Various other sports Jake has been involved in include; athletics, swimming, basketball and mma.
Jake is dedicated to helping others improve their fitness and well being and reach their health and fitness goals. His profound interest and passion for the industry led him to study a bachelor of exercise science and human moment at Victoria university.This gave him a greater understanding and knowledge of exercise and the human body by completing subjects including:
- Advanced exercise physiology
- Advanced biomechanics
- Advanced resistance training
- Exercise psychology
- Functional kinesiology
- Nutrition for diet and exercise
Jake also completed his personal training qualification through Victoria university.
