Growing up in a small town in country Victoria, I played a variety of sports from a young age but found my real passion when I started working out in the gym. More than 7 years on I have helped 100+ individuals transform their bodies, mindsets and overall health and I still learn new things every day. I have also been able to make great changes to my own body but far more importantly have been able to stop taking medication and overcome depression, anxiety and gain confidence in my body image. I'm far from perfect - every day there are still struggles and it has taken thousands of hours of reading, practicing habits and trial and error but I am passionate about passing on the skills I have developed onto others to create long term lifestyle change.
