Suitable for people of all fitness levels BOOT CAMP provides the perfect cross fitness training program. Training locations are within 3 kms of the studio

Careful consideration and accurate planning has taken place to ensure that all Ascot Fitness boot camp participants complete all activities under full supervision from qualified trainers



Each Boot camp consists of the following:

• 6 sessions of training per week for 6 weeks
• Personalised group instruction and supervision
• Programmed Running - Intervals, speed and endurance
• Strength and conditioning programming
• HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
• Boxing Technique / Fitness

Morning Sessions

  • Monday -  6 am

  • Wednesday -  6 am

  • Friday  - 6 am (Boxing Only)

  • Saturday- 8:15 am 

Night Sessions

  • Monday - 6:30pm

  • Wednesday - 6:30pm
