Jess had a very active up bringing, participating in gymnastics for 14 years, competing in both Women’s Artistic individually and within a team in Sports Acrobatics. This journey involved up to 20 hours of training a week and a great deal of discipline. From this her love of all things movement began to evolve

Within her experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Jess has been a part of many journeys with a chronic health condition. She has developed exercise programs to assist in controlling Type 2 Diabetes, return to optimal health from a heart attack and remove life long back pain. This confirmed how important physical activity and mental clarity is for every member of the community. Exercise is the best medicine!

Jess’s main objective is to encourage and enable the community to have strong movement for life. She enjoys working with people of all walks of life to develop a fun and exciting relationship with physical activity. Jess loves to create individual exercise sessions incorporating boxing, strength and high intensity, with a side of fun to get people to where they want to be.

If Jess isn’t in the gym, you will find her out and about usually with coffee in hand. Jess loves to get out and about in nature to ground herself and press refresh when the weekly routine gets too much. Jess is a firm believer in doing what you need to do in order to operate at your best.

If you are serious about your strength gains or weightloss or if you need someone to get you moving and stay moving with a trainer that is interested in more than just the physical, contact Jess to get you on the path to stronger movement for life!
