Healthy Sugar Free Bliss Balls

Thanks to our personal trainer Zana, you can now beat those sugar cravings with delicious (and healthy) treats.

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup rolled oats
2tbs coconut oil, melted
1tbs cacao powder

Method:
Soak the pitted dates in hot water to soften.
Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor until smooth.
Roll into balls, sprinkle with chia seeds, coconut or cacao and refrigerate.

Too easy!
Zana’s tips: you can mix it up with sunflower seeds, almonds, chia seeds and almond butter! You can also use it as a slice base. I use it as granola.
