The military inspired bootcamp fitness program for everyone

 

Bootcamp

You will build endurance, strength and gain fitness in a supportive and motivating environment
Suitable for people of all fitness levels BOOTCAMP provides the perfect cross fitness training program. Training locations are within 3 kms of the studio

Careful consideration and accurate planning has taken place to ensure that all Ascot Fitness bootcamp participants complete all activities under full supervision from qualified trainers

 

 

Each Bootcamp consists of the following:

• 6 sessions of training per week for 6 weeks
• Personalised group instruction and supervision
• Programmed Running - Intervals, speed and endurance
• Strength and conditioning programming
• HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
• Boxing Technique / Fitness

 

 

Our next 6 Week Bootcamp involves:

Morning Sessions

  • Monday -  6 am

  • Wednesday -  6 am

  • Friday  - 6 am (Boxing Only)

  • Saturday- 8:15 am 

Night Sessions

  • Monday - 6:30pm

  • Wednesday - 6:30pm

Fabien leads the team at Ascot Fitness, which he founded in 2014. Fabien is passionate about his clients and their health and mobility. This is why he loves the fitness industry which has been his life for over a decade.

Jake has been involved in sport and fitness his whole life, main sport being AFL, where he has competed at a high level and been successful in the EDFL premier division, as well as captaining his senior team.
